Fried rice


Ingredients
Basmati rice – 2 cups
vegetables - cabbage,onion,beans,carrot,peas,spring onion,kodamilagai
ajinamoto - pinch
soya sauce – 2 spoons
ginger - garlic paste
green chillies - 3
salt
mustard seeds
clove - 1


PREPARATION:

On the other side add butter in kadai add mustard,

wait until it splutters, add clove, then add onions
and fry till golden brown.

Then add the ginger - garlic paste, chillies, and
vegetables and cook it with salt.

Then finally add ajinamoto and soya sauce
(1 spoon). Finally mix with rice.

(Cook rice – for 2 cup rice add 4 cups of water)
